REFLECTION
It's the third week that we have been posting the photos for our final assignment and the amount of things that I have learnt while taking these photos still amazes me till this day. Being observant is an important trait to have as a designer and I have learnt to be more observant while taking all these photos for the final assignment.

Usually I would just walk by the tree, which was the subject matter for my first photo in this week's post. Due to the fact that I told myself to be more observant of the things, does not matter whether it's living things, decorations or signboards, I stopped and stared at the tree for about a minute or two. Thus, earning myself a few weird glances by the people that were jogging past me. As I was looking at the tree, I realised that the pattern on the tree trunk actually looked like the patterns are all lined up that goes up the tree trunk.

Other than that, I posted six photos this week instead of five photos because I wanted to clarify something about the last photo in this post with my photography class' lecturer. On the first week of us doing this five photos assignment, Mr Vinod commented that my photos looked more like a landscaped themed rather than my theme, which was 'Beauty in Nature'. Therefore, I tried taking a photo of the trees lined up with its' shadows casted onto the lake with lesser subject matter. I hope the lecturer would say that it does not look more like a landscape photo.

FEEDBACK
Specific feedback: Mr Vinod commented that my photos were improving. He said that if compared to the first five photos that I posted for this assignment, this looks more suitable for the theme that I have chosen. He also said that I am getting what he meant, which was referring to the feedback that he gave me for the first five photos for this assignment, because he could see that I tried taking a more close up photos rather than those that he thought looks like landscape photos. Plus, he said that the last photo that I posted, which was the leaf that was half eaten was interesting.
